  • Alex Hunt CROSSFIT MANAGER

    Alex is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and our Assistant Head Coach, has been involved in sports his entire life and has always been very passionate about health and fitness, believing that our bodies and our lives are a true gifts from above. Alex enlisted in the Marine Corps right out of high school and is currently an active duty reservist. The military is where Alex first experienced Crossfit. Alex is passionate about helping people take the first step to achieving their goals with encouragement and proper instruction and he looks forward to teaching people how to move their bodies the way we were made to move and encouraging them in their pursuit of overall health and fitness. He is heavily involved in getting our new members acclimated to what CrossFit is all about and ensuring they are doing things safely and properly.

  • Brandon Bupp D.C. BRANDON BUPP D.C. - OWNER

    Dr. Bupp is the owner of both Advanced Performance and Advanced Health and Wellness Center. Dr. Bupp has been studying health and wellness all of his adult life and has worked hard to bring the best services possible to the community. His extreme passion for health, wellness, and fitness began as a young athlete while in high school at Orrville. His passion was strengthened as a collegiate athlete at Baldwin Wallace College where he studied exercise physiology while playing football. Dr. Bupp then went on to chiropractic school at the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. Dr. Bupp’s vision of having a facility like Advanced Performance Fitness and Advanced Health and Wellness Center became a reality in 2010 when he brought his extensive expertise in treating sports related injuries and maximizing fitness and athletic performance to Wadsworth.

  • Nick Burton CROSSFIT PROGRAMMER & HEAD COACH

    Nick is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and also our CrossFit Head Coach. A graduate of Wadsworth High School, Nick has been trying to better himself, as well as others, through various forms of athletics. Nick has experienced firsthand the benefits of “constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity” and uses that experience to help motivate and better others. With Nick’s upbeat attitude and hard work ethic he has brought both himself personal success as well as provided results for all of his athletes and clients. Nick strongly believes that with the proper education and positive motivation, anything is possible.
