  • Amber Polen

Amber is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, a certified group exercise instructor, and is the Nutrition Coordinator for our facility.  Amber received her B.S. in Nutrition from Bowling Green State University and has always been involved in sports playing basketball, volleyball, softball and track all four years of high school and continuing to play basketball and volleyball in college.  At the time she didn’t believe a workout could be as hard as everyone made it out to be until she tried it herself.  She was quickly drawn to the challenge and variety of CrossFit.  Yet for Amber, that isn’t even the best part. Being a part of such an awesome community and watching everyone’s progress week by week is what keeps her coming back for more.  She is addicted to CrossFit and is amazed at how CrossFit has improved her physically and mentally. Coach Amber is excited and thankful to be a part of the dynamic APC team and to use her knowledge of fitness and nutrition to help others.
